Role

We are now recruiting a key member of an interdisciplinary team responsible for the development of new systems, both front-end and back-end. The front-end system can be a desktop application or an implementation that integrates with third party platforms. Together with the team, you will be involved in the architecture and implementation of a scalable and secure system that can handle sensitive data and computationally heavy algorithms in the cloud. 

We believe that you have experience in working with C# .NET, WPF or UWP and python. Experience in deploying to AWS and/or Azure together with docker is advantageous. Previous experience with machine learning, AI and deep learning is desirable. 

You care about good code design, quality assurance and implement new features using software development best practices. We work in an agile environment. The team members are highly motivated and have a technical focus. You should be able to communicate fluently in English. 

Areas of responsibilities

  • Work together with other AI specialists, data engineers and software developers to develop products for the digital pathology domain
  • Contribute to architecture and implementation of both front-end and back-end
  • Contribute to quality assurance, compliance and regulatory activities 
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features
  • Participate in code reviews

Role

We are now recruiting additional AI Scientists to join the Stratipath team.  In this position you will pursue research and development of computer vision and deep learning solutions for medical image analysis. We develop state of the art solutions for the digital pathology domain based on uniquely large image datasets. Stratipath is focused on developing products that increase quality and precision in cancer diagnostics. 

This role is suitable for applicants with a PhD (or PhD candidates that expect to graduate soon) in a relevant domain (e.g. computer vision, AI, deep learning, computational pathology), or someone with several years of research experience in an industry setting.

Areas of responsibilities

Work together with other AI specialists and data engineers to develop and implement deep learning solutions for the digital pathology domain.

Perform systematic evaluation and validation of computer vision and deep learning methodologies for medical image analysis

Contribute to regulatory activities  

Essential requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in relevant engineering or quantitative discipline (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, machine learning, statistics or equivalent)  
  • PhD in a relevant field, with a research focus on methods development and/or applications of deep learning and AI/ML 
  • Expertise and experience in image analysis/computer vision research using deep neural networks 
  • Documented academic publications in relation to deep learning, convolutional neural networks and image analysis 
  • Python

We are now recruiting an AI/data engineer to join the Stratipath team.  In this position you will work on software implementations and data processing pipelines for both R&D and diagnostic solutions. You will contribute to design and implementation of AI-based models as well as solutions for data management and data processing. Stratipath is focused on developing products that increase quality and precision in cancer diagnostics.

We believe that you have experience in python and management of large data volumes. Experience in deploying to AWS and/or Azure is advantageous. Previous experience with deep learning, ML, image analysis is desirable.

This role is suitable for applicants with a software engineering background and with industry experience in an AI and/or data engineering role.
